Step 1: Apply to View

Viewings are by invitation only to ensure a fair and organized process.

Before applying, please review all rental details including rent, deposits, lease terms, parking, and household requirements.

If you are a serious candidate, complete the initial screening form below. We review all submissions and invite selected applicants to attend a scheduled private viewing.

Important: An invitation to view does not mean you are approved. It is simply an opportunity to see the property before deciding whether to submit a full application.

Step 2: Receive Your Private Application Link

If selected, each adult planning to live in the home will receive a private, secure application link by email.

Step 3: Complete Individual Applications

Every adult applicant must submit their own full application. Incomplete submissions or missing co-applicants cannot move forward.

Step 4: Verification & Screening

Applicants selected for provisional approval will be required to provide:

• Two government-issued IDs (in-person verification)
• Credit score check
• Employment and professional references
• Landlord rental history

Step 5: Lease Signing

Once all verifications are completed and approved, we will schedule a date and time to sign the lease agreement.
